Swiftwater & Flood Rescue Technician
– Advanced - Water (SRTA W)

Advance your skills to handle complex water rescue scenarios, including night operations.

Ideal for: Experienced rescuers seeking advanced certification.

Duration: 24 hours over 3 days.

Location: Theory is delivered at our headquarters in Oxley or can be delivered on location via mobile delivery. The practical element depends on client location and time of year – can be conducted in a constructed facility or a variety of natural rivers.

Prerequisites: Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician (SRT). Must be a confident swimmer. Minimum ages: 18.

Qualification valid for: 3 years

Inland Rescue Swimmer Advanced
(IRSA)

Enhance techniques for search and rescue in slow-moving water environments like rivers and bays.

Ideal for: Rescue swimmers aiming to upgrade their skills.

Duration: 8-hour course.

Location: Theory is delivered at our headquarters in Oxley or can be delivered on location via mobile delivery. The practical element depends on client location and time of year – can be conducted in a constructed facility or a variety of natural rivers.

Inland Rescue Swimmer Coastal
(IRCS)

Designed for the responder who is responsible for search and rescue operations on the coastal water fronts. Here you will learn a combination of basic lifeguarding techniques combined with the essentials of inland rescue..

Ideal for: Rescue swimmers aiming to upgrade their skills.

Duration: 8-hour course.
